Constellation Welcomes Robert Pettry, Channel Services Manager

Hello, my name is Robert Pettry. I joined Constellation Digital Partners in January 2018 as a Channel Services Manager. This is a new role at Constellation that is focused on working with Credit Unions and Fintech providers to help them transition to the Constellation Digital Platform. Over the past couple months, I’ve worked alongside Ryan Talbot, Constellation’s other Channel Services Manager to:

  • Learn the inner workings of the platform.
  • Test the Aquarius 1.0 release using a wide spectrum of Member and Credit Union use case scenarios.
  • Discover more about the needs of our Credit Union customers and the features that their Members are waiting to use.
  • Talk to existing and potential Fintech partners to discuss how their innovative services will run inside of the platform.

Here’s a bit of professional background on me. I have over sixteen years of experience in the financial services industry. I have served in various leadership roles within technology, marketing and project management. Before coming to Constellation, I was responsible for overseeing the digital strategy at First Community Bank (Bluefield VA).

I’m really excited about what we at Constellation are bringing to market. I would have killed to have had the Constellation Platform when I was a banker. Constellation’s truly open technology platform will allow Credit Unions to quickly and easily deliver new and needed functionality to their members faster and in ways that have never been possible before.

On the personal side, I love playing tennis. I also enjoy a myriad of outdoor activities, including running, cycling, triathlon and stand up paddleboarding with my wife, Bethany. Together, we also provide housekeeping services to the world’s sweetest dog, our Golden Retriever, Pepper.
